Huseth Law Has Your Back
Fielding Huseth is passionate about pursuing justice for people who have been financially defrauded or exploited by those in positions of power. He brings unique perspective and experience as a litigator and advocate. Results Matter
Successful results in consumer and investor law come from a strategic blend of knowledge and experience as well as creative and relentless advocacy.
Case 1
An unlicensed financial advisor diverted $1 million of client funds through a complex scheme. Fielding deciphered the scheme and pursued the client's claims against the advisor in federal court. Fielding then obtained a highly favorable settlement for his client.
Case 2
A broker of private charter flights charged Fielding's client $40,000 for services that were never provided. Fielding brought claims in state court under another state's pro-consumer laws. The court denied the broker's motion to dismiss the claims. Fielding subsequently secured a positive outcome.
Case 3
An insurance broker forged his client's signature on an application for an expensive insurance policy. The broker then received a large commission from "selling" the policy. During litigation in federal court, Fielding and his colleague proved that the insurance broker forged the signature--prompting a favorable result for his client.

Client Review
"After a company charged my credit card tens of thousands of dollars as a 'cancellation fee,' Fielding took them to court on my behalf. As a result of Fielding's initial wins in the case, the company agreed to pay nearly twice as much to settle."
